Commercial Bread Pans & Tins
Mackies has manufactured commercial bread pans for Australian and New Zealand bakeries since 1948. Every bread tin set here is designed and engineered in Australia, formed from high-strength aluminised steel, and coated in Australia under a Chemours™ licence — by the only licensed Chemours industrial coating applicator in Australia and New Zealand.
Capacities and configurations. Strapped sets from 340g sandwich loaves through 450g, 650g, 680g and up to 900g, in 3-strap and 2-strap configurations, plus Vienna, farmhouse, tank and cob loaf styles. Steam-release-hole (SRH) versions are available for crustier sidewalls, and matching drop-on lids produce square pullman loaves.
Formats. Straps are built to Australian rack standards — 400 mm (16") and 455 mm (18") — so sets drop straight onto your existing racking.
Coatings. Choose PANGLAZE® silicone glaze or Long Life Non-Stick Teflon™; our fluoropolymer systems last 8–10 times longer than standard glazes, and worn sets can be recoated rather than replaced.
