MackEZE® — Our Non-Stick Coating
Mackies bakeware is finished in MackEZE® — Mackies' own Teflon™-class fluoropolymer coating, applied in a multi-step process developed specifically for commercial baking equipment. The result is a non-stick surface that outlasts standard coatings by a significant margin, backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty.
Coating Systems Used on Mackies Bakeware
- PTFE (Teflon™) — Industry-standard non-stick for bread pans, muffin trays and general bakeware
- PFA — Higher-performance, oil-free release — around 3,500–4,000 releases — with superior chemical and heat resistance
- Hybrid (NS 6500) — Premium three-coat fluoropolymer system delivering 5,500–6,000 oil-free releases with excellent abrasion resistance
- FEP — Smooth, non-porous finish ideal for specialty baking applications
The coating systems used on Mackies bakeware are FDA food-contact compliant for their intended use, and every coating is applied to strict Chemours quality standards including adhesion testing, thickness checks and full traceability.
