A Texas muffin pan — also called a Texas muffin tin, or commercially a Texas muffin tray — is an oversized muffin tray with 88 mm cups, larger than regular (70 mm) or mini (47 mm), for jumbo bakery-café muffins.
The same cup, in every format your bakery runs. Mackies muffin trays come in mini (47ø), medium (60ø), regular (70ø) and Texas (88ø) cup sizes, plus friand and oval novelty-cake trays — each cup geometry available across 16" and 18", Euro 400×600 and Gastronorm blanks, so a Texas muffin bakes identically whether it's on an Australian rack line or a Euro trolley.
All trays are pressed from aluminised steel, designed and engineered in Australia, and finished in Long Life Non-Stick Teflon™ — coated in Australia under a Chemours™ licence — for clean release across thousands of cycles without papers.
