Formats: Australian trade widths 16" (406 mm) and 18" (457 mm) at the standard 737 mm length, Euro 400×600 for European rack systems, and Gastronorm GN1/1 and GN1/2 for combi ovens and catering kitchens — so every tray matches your racks and ovens.
Finishes: natural aluminium, or Long Life Non-Stick Teflon™ coated in Australia under a Chemours™ licence for release without oil or paper — pair natural trays with reusable bake liners if you prefer. Perforated and swage-edge trays improve airflow for crisper bases on rolls and pastries.

What is a perforated baking tray?
A tray punched with holes so hot air reaches the base of the product, giving crisper bases on rolls, pastries and baguettes; solid (non-perforated) trays suit cakes, slices and anything with a liquid batter.
What are Mackies baking trays made from?
High-tensile aluminised steel, or hardened aluminium — both chosen for even, uniform heat flow (stainless steel isn't ideal for this). Available natural, or Long Life Non-Stick Teflon™ coated in Australia under a Chemours™ licence.
