A wheeled rack that holds baking trays on shelves, so a full load of trays moves around the bakery in one go instead of tray by tray.
Do your racks take 16" and 18" trays?
Yes — trade racks adjust between 16" (406 mm) and 18" (457 mm) trays, so one rack takes both formats. Gastronorm racks take GN trays with spacer sets.
Stainless steel or aluminium?
Stainless steel for washdown areas; aluminium where weight matters on the floor — our 20-shelf aluminium rack weighs 13.2 kg.
