Non-Stick Teflon Coatings
Non-Stick Coating Technology Behind Mackies Bakeware
Every Mackies commercial pan, tray and tin is coated using advanced fluoropolymer coating systems applied under a Chemours™ licence. This is what gives Mackies bakeware its superior bake release, extended service life and consistent performance in high-volume bakery environments across Australia and New Zealand.

Our Proprietary Mackeze™ Process
Mackies bakeware is coated using our proprietary Mackeze process — a multi-step application method developed specifically for commercial baking equipment. The result is a non-stick surface that outlasts standard coatings by a significant margin, backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty.
Coating Systems Used on Mackies Bakeware
- PTFE (Teflon™) — Industry-standard non-stick for bread pans, muffin trays and general bakeware
- PFA — Higher-performance coating for applications requiring superior chemical and heat resistance
- FEP — Smooth, non-porous finish ideal for specialty baking applications
All coatings are FDA certified for food contact and applied to strict Chemours quality standards including adhesion testing, thickness checks and full traceability.
